Welcome to this week’s yin inspired class, where we’ll dive into the theme of letting go.
Life often brings moments where we find ourselves holding onto things—whether it’s physical tension, thoughts from the day, or emotions we haven’t quite processed.
Today, we’ll focus on releasing all of that, creating space for softness and ease. Through both movement and stillness, we’ll give ourselves permission to let go of what’s weighing us down, allowing our body and mind to reset and restore.
