Our Community Program is brought to you through the Bend Movement Club, offering group classes during dedicated 6-8 week blocks throughout the year. These community classes are affordable and designed to be both educational and exploratory, creating a supportive environment for everyone to start or continue their yoga journey.

  • Thursday: The Gentle Bend - 1hr

    Time: 6:00 PM & 7:10PM

    Description: A low-energy class focused on relaxation, restoration, and stretching.

    Emphasis is on connective tissue (fascia) and joints through long holds and deep opening postures, typically seated or lying down.

    You'll be guided through mindful movement, breathing, and meditation, providing space to turn inward and cultivate awareness in both the body and mind.

    This class aims to increase joint range of motion, release tension, repair damage, improve energy flow, and revitalise tissues.

    Saturday: The Slow, Flowing Bend – 1 hr

    Time: 9:00 AM

    Description: A smooth flow through a sequence of postures, creating mindful movement and inviting exploration.

    Postures are generally held for a few breaths, with slow transitions to allow detailed breakdowns and explanations.

    With regular practice, you may should notice increased joint mobility, improved concentration, reduced stress levels, and enhanced flexibility.

    Class Size Limit: 18 people

    Equipment: Props provided, BYO mat is preferred

  • Option 1: Two Classes per Week
    Enjoy 12 classes over 6-8 weeks for just $100.

    Option 2: One Class per Week
    Get 6 classes over 6-8 weeks for only $75.

    Prefer a flexible schedule? Join us for a single class at $15 each.
