In our Sleep + Sound sessions, we guide you into a state of non-sleep deep rest (NSDR), a practice that promotes profound relaxation without actual sleep. NSDR techniques, such as guided meditation and breathwork, help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
Guided Meditation: We'll begin with a calming meditation to help you unwind and clear your mind.
Breathwork: Simple breathing exercises will relax your nervous system and deepen your sense of calm.
Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, promoting deep relaxation and emotional balance.
