Our mobile studio brings all the necessary equipment directly to you, offering customised movement and mindfulness classes tailored to your needs. Held in the comfort of your own space, our classes are designed to be accessible and engaging for everyone.

    Available as a Casual Class ($200) or part of our Annual Membership ($1,500 for 10 sessions).

  • Dynamic practices to energise the body, enhance mobility, and build strength.

  • Guided mindfulness sessions to calm the mind, reduce stress, and improve focus. This includes:

    • Yoga Nidra: A deeply restorative practice, also known as "yogic sleep," to promote deep relaxation and renewal.

    • Sound Bowl Healing: Immerse yourself in soothing sound vibrations to reduce stress and support emotional balance.

  • Learn simple yet powerful techniques to enhance energy, reduce anxiety, and promote mental clarity.

$200 per session

Great for single events or one-off team wellbeing activities

Annual Membership:

$1,500 for 10 classes (February–November) –

Equivalent to $150 per class or $10 per person for a group of 15

Stretching and Movement Classes:
A clear, quiet area with enough space to accommodate up to 15 participants lying on mats. A boardroom, gym, or open area works well.

Meditation and Breathwork Classes:
These can be held in smaller spaces like meeting rooms, as no physical movement is required.

Chair-Based Yoga:
Perfect for tight spaces, as participants can remain seated at their desks or in office chairs

Included with Every Session:
We bring all the essentials: yoga mats, blocks, straps, and props for up to 15 participants.
(For larger groups, participants may need to bring their own mats or equipment.)
