Bend Movement Club Week 4: Simply Be

In this session, our focus is on self-compassion and honouring exactly where we are in this moment. It’s easy to feel the pull to push ourselves or strive to be “better,” but this practice is a reminder that we are already enough. Whether this is your first class or you've practiced for years, let this be a space to step back and simply be.

Throughout the yin sequence, we’ll focus on gentle, restorative poses that invite you to release any expectations or self-judgments. As we hold each posture, give yourself permission to soften, noticing sensations without the need to change them. Use this time to offer yourself kindness and acceptance, tuning into your breath, and feeling grounded in each shape.
