Bend Movement Club Week 2: Flow & Let Go

Welcome to our second flow class. Today, our focus is on "letting go and release. Flow yoga encourages us to move with ease, not just through our bodies but through whatever we’re holding onto—tension, stress, or emotions that no longer serve us.

In this practice, we’ll allow the breath to help us release as we move through each transition, inviting a sense of freedom and lightness with every flow. Today’s intention is simple: to let go—both physically and mentally—and create space for something new.

As we flow together, keep in mind the elements we’ve already explored:

Let your breath guide you, reminding yourself that each inhale brings in new energy, while each exhale offers a chance to release. As you flow, move smoothly, embracing ease over effort, and in each posture and transition, soften and let go—not just through your body, but through your mind—releasing anything that no longer serves you.

We’ll start with a gentle meditation to ground ourselves, followed by a sequence designed to help release tension and finish with our cool down and relaxation.
